Good ideas, good features; same old sensor?

BD NOTE: This was a good idea by business to engage children in the naming of a life safety product. But also note the alarm still only activates when “raised or dangerous levels of the gas” are present. Wouldn’t this be a better time to put in a better, more accurate sensor to detect levels before people have to get sick for the thing to alarm? Bob Dwyer, CSME Carbon Monoxide Safety
