Carbon Monoxide News October 18, 2012 - posts updated frequently - Every day is a carbon monoxide safety education day

“Honest criticism means nothing: what one wants is unrestrained passion, fire for fire.” Henry Miller (1891-1980, bio link)

If you are in a business that services heating equipment  or other combustion appliances in people's homes, businesses, places of worship, play, dining or whatever, it would be in everyone's best interests if you were measuring carbon monoxide in the air space upon entry, while you are there and when you walk out.

It is recommended that you also measure each  combustion system's combustion gas content while it is operating to verify it is not producing harmful levels of carbon monoxide gas. If it is, adjust it, correct it or disable it.

If you are not testing, you are guessing.  Guessing is dangerous and not in anyone's best interest. Bob Dwyer, CSME Carbon Monoxide Safety
